Dogs and cats, living together, mass hysteria!

Dogs and cats, living together, mass hysteria!

Well, the news is certainly coming down fast and hard.

In sequence, this is what’s happened today:

  1. Rep. Jerry Nadler’s House Judiciary Committee voted, along partisan lines, to hold Attorney General William Barr in contempt of Congress for not turning over the unredacted Mueller report and all underlying evidence.

  2. That’s pretty bad. Then, this afternoon, Republican Senator Richard Burr’s Senate Intelligence Committee voted to subpoena Donald Trump’s namesake son to answer questions about the Russia matter. This happened after Fredo refused to come voluntarily, and after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called the Trump/Russia case “closed” yesterday. Fredo lashed out at “so-called Republican” Burr. No doubt, Burr was stung by the Mueller report, which stated that he served as a conduit for information to the White House as to his committee’s work. One can assume he didn’t want to go down with the ship.

  3. And speaking of going down with the ship, news just broke that the House Intelligence Committee, in a bipartisan fashion, have subpoenaed Barr for the counterintelligence information from Mueller’s probe. That’s right: Trump toady Devin Nunes signed on to this. Another case of not wanting to go down with the Trumptanic.

These are all blockbuster news items. More so because two out of the three involve Republicans breaking with Moron Hitler.

I’m not saying this is the first evidence of the dam breaking. But it’s not good news for Trump that Burr is hauling his feckless son into his committee to go over his perjury, and that his loyal manservant Nunes is starting to run for the hills. Far from being “case closed”, it’s “Aw sookie sookie!”

This is your evening catch-up of all things Moronically criminal.
