So things are happening.
House to vote on disapproving Trump’s wall non-emergency.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi has announced that the House will take up a measure to overturn Donald Trump’s fake emergency declaration to build a border wall with Mexico. The House vote will take place on Thursday, which will then start an 18-day clock for the Senate to have to vote on it as well. Trump is already threatening Republican senators over the vote.
House Intel Chair Schiff: We will subpoena Mueller report if it isn’t made public.
Chariman Adam Schiff (D-CA) said yesterday on that his committee will subpoena both the Mueller report and Bob Mueller himself to testify before the House Intelligence Committee if Trump’s DOJ tries to block the release of a public version of Mueller’s final report.
Michael Cohen will testify Wednesday.
Donald Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen will appear before Schiff’s committee at a closed door meeting on Thursday as well as in public before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday. Hush money payments on behalf of Trump, lies to Congress and prosecutors on behalf of Trump, and Cohen’s other rogue activities on behalf of Trump are likely to be on display.
TPV announcement: VettingBernie.org launches this week!
This week, we plan to launch a central website for taking on Bernie Sanders’ second attempt at dividing and conquering the Democratic party. As I announced last week, we have registered the domain VettingBernie.org, and I have been building a site. It will be a place for both original content and aggregation to arm everyone in the battle against Bernie. Sanders’ first campaign rallies are this weekend, and my goal is to launch the site before then. In the mean time, please follow: @VetTheBern on Twitter, and Vetting Bernie on Facebook.
