President-install Donald Trump spent much of the day today suggesting that an election he won was illegitimate just because he's being beaten badly in the popular vote. He has so far accused millions of Americans of voting illegally and at least three states of conducting illegitimate elections.
As I said on Twitter,
In today's rants, Donald Trump has challenged the authenticity of the vote in my home state of California, presumably because we have a lot of voters with my skin color. Trump should either be willing to prove his claims in a court of law, or invite the states that he believes did not vote legitimately to leave the union. Because he is telling us now that he cannot be our president. My guess is that he doesn't have the cojones to do either.
